Privacy Policy.

How Websites That Get Found handles inquiries and privacy preferences on this website.

This policy reflects the current approved homepage disclosures and the new SEO package. If the live hosting, email delivery, analytics, or other vendors differ, the public policy must be reconciled with those facts before deployment.

Who operates this website

Websites That Get Found operates this website as a business-to-business web design and SEO services website. This notice covers website visits and service inquiries on websitesthatgetfound.com. Effective October 14, 2026. The existing approved homepage has additional on-page privacy information; these notices should remain consistent as the site evolves.

Information we collect when you contact us

When you choose to submit a website or SEO review request through the existing homepage contact form, the form may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, website URL, the service you need, your message, required service-inquiry consent, and an optional marketing preference. Do not include passwords, financial account details, identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information.

How information is used

We use information you voluntarily provide to evaluate and respond to inquiries, discuss proposed services, send a requested confirmation, coordinate business communications, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal duties. Optional promotional communications, if any, are separate from responding to your request; you can decline or withdraw them.

Contact-form processing and vendors

The current homepage describes a same-origin form endpoint that routes inquiries to the site owner by email and may send you a confirmation. Hosting providers, email providers, and necessary technical service providers may process associated information to deliver and protect the service. We do not represent that server or email systems retain no records.

Cookies, device storage and analytics

The 25 additional SEO service pages, service directory, and legal pages shipped in this expansion do not load advertising pixels, analytics tags, third-party fonts, or embedded tracking widgets. Essential hosting logs and privacy-preference storage may still occur. The current approved homepage describes its own privacy preference controls. If future analytics, marketing tags, embedded media, CRM tools, or other vendors are deployed, this policy and technical controls must be updated before those tools are enabled.

Global Privacy Control and privacy choices

Where browser support permits, a detected Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional analytics and marketing categories disabled. Your optional preferences are managed through the Privacy Choices page, using the same browser storage preference key as the current homepage. A preference control does not itself prevent an unrelated third-party tool from loading; any newly introduced optional script must be gated before it loads.

Data disclosures and sales

These added pages do not transmit visitor data to analytics or advertising services. Contact inquiries may be disclosed to the hosting, email, and service providers needed to process and respond. If any data sale, targeted advertising, or other legally regulated disclosure is contemplated in the future, we must update the notice and provide the rights and choices required by applicable law before proceeding.

Retention and security

Information received by email and ordinary hosting records may be retained only as reasonably necessary for customer correspondence, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations, subject to actual provider practices and applicable law. No Internet service or email system is absolutely secure. Use the existing site contact form for privacy inquiries; avoid sending sensitive data through ordinary email or contact forms.

Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on where you live and which laws apply to this business, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain opt-outs. You may request a review of applicable options through the homepage contact form. Identity verification may be necessary before we disclose or remove personal information. We will not restrict statutory rights through this notice; any legally required appeal mechanism must be made available if relevant.

Children and updates

This business-to-business site is not intended for children under 13. We may revise the policy to describe actual changes in services, third-party providers, data practices, or legal obligations. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
